- MBMary Lou BajeranoAug 29, 20251.0I have traditional Medicare, a script, and the necessary clinical notes but when I called to schedule an appointment for diabetic shoes, I was told that Medicare does not cover diabetic shoes. Medicare has covered one pair of diabetic shoes per year for me for the last 10 years. Casa may choose to not provide this service but their statement that there is no coverage is absolutely wrong.
