- LPLucia PerezDec 5, 20251.0When I first started using this pharmacy I was very pleased with the service. The quality of service has declined significantly over the past several months. One person says one thing then the next day another person is clueless. They won’t offer to help you if they don’t have something available if it’s not in stock. It’s very frustrating and the lack of willingness to help is unacceptable. I don’t want to go to a different pharmacy but I’m feeling as though I have no choice at times. I have been coming to this pharmacy for quite some time. It’s very disappointing to have to make these kinds of changes.

Even when I show them the price difference on the app they say they can't change it. However some of the other techs have no problem looking into it and changing it. Also they have two registers NOW their is a long line and yet they are not using both registers. Us customers have to wait and get a grumpy 😠 tech. When it's our turn, for her not to honor my discount gold card price. Gee. NOT COOL. TRAIN THEM BETTER ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON COURTESY.
- JLJoe LoesselSep 26, 20242.0I use this Pharmacy for most of my meds that I do not receive from Express Scripts. I am a retired Government Pharmacist and retired Army Pharmacy Officer. I usually buy my syringes for a prescription injection I use from this pharmacy. About 6 months ago ,I purchased 20 syringes for $10. I purchased the same 20 syringes yesterday for $1.50 each. I know they haven't tripled in price!Something is wrong with this pharmacy pricing or with the pharmacy management here. I refused to purchase at this price. I went home and ordered a box of 100 of the same syringes from Amazon for under $20. Caution when you try to make similar purchases from this store.
