What's wild is at the Albertson's I have started to have my meds sent to instead, it's the opposite! So this is definitely an issue very specific to THIS Albertson's pharmacy.

They just expect you to sit there and wait. I had to press the call button twice and just got an answer the second time. Still waited 15 mins after that. Total time waiting 48 mins.

This was our fourth COVID vaccine by this Albertsons: 7 Nov 21; 7 May 22; 2 Oct 22; & 18 Feb 24. I’ve gotten other vaccines too, e.g., Shingles. They are always quick and skillful. Thank you for a job well done.

The pharmacy and pharmacy techs have always been very respectful and extremely nice. Every now and again they need to order a medication that they do not have in stock, but it comes within two days . I have been very satisfied with their services.
