They just expect you to sit there and wait. I had to press the call button twice and just got an answer the second time. Still waited 15 mins after that. Total time waiting 48 mins.

The man there said give me a moment. I waited another four minutes and rang the call button and his response was very rude, give me a moment! The fact that they couldn’t acknowledge me nor walk over to the window to say sorry about the wait please give me another moment. It was very disappointing. I rather go to Walgreens and pay more than to be treated poorly.

The pharmacy and pharmacy techs have always been very respectful and extremely nice. Every now and again they need to order a medication that they do not have in stock, but it comes within two days .
