The store was clean, opened on time with seemingly plenty of staff. There were two men though, stockers it seemed, who had a very loud, vulgar, unprofessional conversation about their lazy, young coworkers. This was between the checkout aisles and frozen aisle. I had to wedge myself between them awkwardly to get into the aisle and neither moved or acknowledged me. None of us are in love with our jobs, but announcing that in front of customers is an onvious nono. I will think twice before coming to this location due to this uncomfortable interaction.

I encountered a male tech who is very rude and treats you like you're bothering him, a female tech who is pretty incompetent and not knowledgeable about medications, and a spineless Pharmacy manager who prefers not to be bothered with customers. All of this over some antibiotic ear drops for a severe ear infection. I was told that prescription ear drops and eye drops are the same and that my script would be ready by 11. It wasn't because they only had eye drops (but it's all the same according to her, right?) so the male tech basically told me that I should go find the meds at a different pharmacy "and then have them call us." The blonde manager was standing next to him as he suggested this. Lazy, rude, and terrible service at this Mesa/Resler location.
