In El Paso West, our 24-hour Emergency Rooms (ER) provide Adult, Children, and Pediatric Emergency Care. Our emergency departments are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In Texas, every 24-hour emergency department is staffed with board-certified ER physicians, licensed nurses, and trained, experienced support workers. Our emergency room has a full lab, CT scan, and X-rays. Each 24-hour emergency center can handle the majority of major and minor medical crises for both adults and children, including pediatrics.
