  I would like to formally report an extremely unpleasant experience I recently witnessed at this establishment. The behavior of one of the employees named Lupita was completely inappropriate and unacceptable for a customer service environment. During my visit, this employee consistently spoke loudly, used vulgar language, and displayed an arrogant attitude toward others, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Most concerning, however, was hearing offensive and derogatory comments that were deeply inappropriate in the presence of families and children. This type of conduct demonstrates not only a lack of professionalism but also a serious absence of respect and sensitivity toward others. As a customer, I find it unacceptable to witness situations like this in a business that should provide a safe and respectful environment for everyone. If measures are not taken to properly supervise and address this behavior, I would seriously reconsider returning or recommending this place to others. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I want to thank Lucy and Claudia for giving the most valuable information possible and attention to me and my son. They are really good workers.

  Thank you to all the staff at Beks Medical Supply. My dad’s power chair was not functioning and they were able to fix it immediately. You all went above and beyond to help my dad out today and have his chair delivered today so he wouldn’t be without it all weekend since you were going to be closed for the holiday. Thank you especially Dora and Albert. You all have an amazing team and should be proud of how you help your community. ~The Puentes Family~

  Bek Medical is amazing! I dealt with an awesome lady name Lupita and a man Joel. Well fighting with insurance for a wheelchair they loaned us a chair for my son. They didn't ask for driver's license or anything they simply said use it as long as you need to. Then they help me with the paperwork for a sleep safe bed for my son and a wheelchair for my son they have been amazing to my family. Their customer service is exceptional , their store is easy to get to and is clean. I attempted to get equipment through another company before and because they didn't fill the paperwork out right we were denied. Turns out that is an important part of the process. I would send any one of my family members to this facility and to these people they go above and beyond and are simply outstanding.

  Store, 9151 Forest Ln. , employee Ariana, needs to be commended for customer service above and beyond. Very polite and educated on.all your products. It was a pleasure shopping at this location. I will.be back Ron Flecher
