  The the staff which works there,Claudia and the other lady,are excellent.they're very kind very conservative ,Miss Aguilar,as a wonderful person very caring she works late to ensure that people are taken care of,and it's very clean, the bathroom is clean and the beverages are there, I'm very impressed by this ,Mrs.Aguilar services are very good

  Phenomenal experience with this location that put me at ease for the weekend. I was having some issues with my hearing aids after an audiology appointment but it was a Friday and my audiologist was already closed and the hearing aid stores around the city were starting to close as well. I was emotional and panicked and Ms. Gloria talked my problem out with me on the phone and told us we could come in and she would try to help. She was able to show me that the first slot of my CeruShield disk was broken and not able to take the CeruShield out of my hearing aids. She assured me the CeruShields the audiologist gave for my hearing aids was correct but also gave me her professional opinion that she did not feel that the CeruShields would have caused the issues I was experiencing and encouraged me to go back to my audiologist the next week. Ms. Gloria was a joy to interact with, very knowledgeable, and so kind. Thank you for taking time out of your day to take care of someone who isn't a patient here and allow me to start my weekend on a good note instead of being panicked!
