A gray haired gentleman, obviously a manager walked up to him and said “you really turned this baby around. Good job!” I could tell by the young man’s reaction, he really likes working there and specifically for this manager. THAT is leadership! Seeing moments like this is why we shop here. Everyone working there is in a good mood and helpful and friendly. I had a student of mine working in the Deli at one point. He liked working there and spoke highly of everyone as well.
