- TMTeresa MartinApr 14, 20241.0The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with I went to pick my ozempic prescription up through the drive through this morning when I returned home i was the only person in my car so I open my brown bag that’s stapled with the receipt attached to put it in the refrigerator and the pen is not in there they treated me like I was lying. And told me to call the manufacturer isn’t that there job my insurance paid H-E-B pharmacy for my prescription and I did not get it I know a lot of people want this medication to sale etc… and whether it happened in the manufacturing department or at H-E-B they have taken absolutely no responsibility I’m so angry I’m shaking I do not appreciate being talked to like I’m not being truthful I DID NOT GET MY MEDICATION!!!! And they are just oh well sorry there’s nothing H-E-B can do people if you go to this pharmacy check to make sure right there at the counter or the drive through that your medication is in there because mine was not I’m disappointed and disgusted all at the same time H-E-B takes no responsibility for your medication if you get home and it’s missing which means their not a trust worthy store or pharmacy
