- LRLuciana Ramirez3 days ago1.0I brought my daughter to get checked cause one of her teeth hurt .. she was checked and dr said everything looked ok on her xray .. my daughter didn’t get a toy today because no dental work was done on her. My little one was crying cause she really wanet a toy. I feel is not fair cause she was still seen . I think they should make a sign saying that you won’t get a toy only if you get cleaning or any other procedure done . I brought 3 new pacients to this clinic also. Today. I hope they get a toy 😌

- NANora AlanizNov 14, 20255.0By far the best dental office I’ve been to. Was able to get an appointment the same day. Past dentist would do a cleaning and schedule a new appointment for treatment but Aqua Dental got both of my kids treated the same day. Staff was very kind and informative.

X-rays are not being done efficiently and they do not protect themselves from it nor the patients if you do not ask for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). They take the X-rays stupidly and do not ensure patient (the child) is ready to take it, that causes more X-rays to be taken instead of the minimal amount. ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable). The one xray picture they took was a blur because my child was not ready as he needs to be talked through it due to his medical condition. They had to Google ALARA and PPE, my goodness that’s the basics of doing ANY X-rays. Im amazed Agua has not been reported to the ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). I called my insurance provider and switched out the next day of my visit to another provider. New provider knew exactly what I was talking about. We talked about X-rays and ionization, they put PPE on my child without me having to ask for it, they didn’t take an X-ray picture until my child was in the right position. Perfect picture of his teeth and welcome questions instead of getting defensive.
