I had surgery with Dr. Algonso Aguirre-Trevino and he did an excellent job. However, the experience with the office staff was extremely disappointing. The customer service at the front desk and over the phone was very poor. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and seemed bothered when asked simple questions. Instead of helping patients feel comfortable and informed, the interactions often felt rushed and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate because the surgeon himself was great and clearly skilled at what he does. Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of the office staff really take away from the overall experience. Patients already dealing with health concerns should not have to deal with rudeness or poor communication from the people managing the office. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, because the surgeon deserves a team that reflects the same level of professionalism and care he provides.

Heard receptionist talking bad on patients and possible colleagues. That’s inappropriate behavior at a facility where people go for help. Patients should not have to be worried about being talked about negatively behind their backs. It does not make me feel comfortable as a patient.

Mrs. Alamillo is awesome but this review is about the person that answered the phone, Sandra Fletcher, I asked her if I can be transferred to Mrs. Alamillo's office 3 times and each time she told me no that they are busy and could not speak with me. She refused to pass the call to Mrs. Alamillo's office.
