- NYNun YaMay 21, 20241.0Most of the pharmacy techs are incompetent. No one ever answers the phone and they never have prescriptions ready on time. Then after waiting x amount of time, they let you know they don't have your medication available. I encourage anyone who has issues to complain on the HEB website under CONTACT Us. File a complaint cause that's what i had to do and Corp. responded immediately. For the first time ever, the pharmacy called ME to apologize and to let me know my meds were ready.
