I had four prescriptions sent over to this location from CVS in Cleburne for my 2 yr old granddaughter I had to run errands in Dallas so I told her to have the prescriptions transferred to this location, so that I could pick them up on the way home. When I arrived to the pharmacy drive thru I gave ALEX the pharmacy tech her insurance information. He told me the prescriptions would be available in 30min to 1 hour. I returned a hour later only for him to tell me the insurance didn’t process and that he added a coupon for a discount for the medication. I ask him to get the pharmacist involved so the information could be confirmed properly. The pharmacist SEAN NYGUEN updated the insurance information correctly. I gave ALEX my debit card to process the payment and he in turn gave me a bag with medication. Shortly afterwards I received a call from the pharmacist SEAN NGUYEN the pharmacist stating that they forgot to mix the powder antibiotic because they were too busy trying to collect the payment. He also informed me that I could go to a store and buy distilled water and mix it myself. Corporate will be receiving a call from me concerning the inappropriate and nonprofessional behavior that took place at this location.

I switched this pharmacy five or six months ago. I used Albertsons in Cedar Hill previously this location has the worst customer service. They answer the phone and they are rude. They sound like they don’t wanna be at work and every time I call I’m asked to be put on hold the other day I was on hold for like 10 minutes and I complained I think to the pharmacist she sounded like she really didn’t care. I called and placed a complaint with corporate with the number that they gave me I’ve seen no improvement I called in a refilled on Tuesday. Today is Friday and they still hadn’t filled the prescription when I called in and she told me that they will be ready in a few minutes and a doctor called in two prescriptions today and she told me I could come get two I said man why would I make two trips to pick up medication that all should be ready at one time and I’ve yet to receive any text messages telling me that my medication is ready I constantly have to call to get updates on medication. I’m gonna say this is the worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with in 10 years. It is absolutely horrible. customer service is awful. They’re very rude. Like I mean if you don’t like your job find another one and I mean I’m enrolled in the messages and it’s just like they don’t come anymore. I have to call. Could you call in a prescription in two days, I’m talking about my blood pressure medication in my diabetic medication and it’s just never ready when it’s supposed it does not take four and five days for a medication to be ready seriously pick up do your job.

My doctor called in a rx and I tried calling for 4 days and no one ever answered. I left messages to be called back to no avail. Finally after a week and half I got e mail that the rx was ready. I went o get it and I had a coupon to get 2 months for free. There were two girls, no names because they didn't have on name tags, probably so you couldn't complain about them. I couldn't us the coupon because the girls told me my husband was too old, it was expired, and I it wouldn't go through all the while the pharmacist,'Thi Pham, is watching all this go on. He finally comes over and says the girls are working on this issue, never offered to help. So after 30 minutes I finally just pay for it. I get home and there was supposed to be 30 pills but there was only 11 in the bottle. It was the original bottle. Worst experience ever.

This pharmacy needs someone assigned just to answer the phone. I called four times yesterday, on hold twice for 10 minutes or more, got message saying "if you're hearing this message, hang up and call again". My husband's doctor called them to straighten out a problem with his prescription and Pharmacy denies they talked to the doctor. We're between a rock and a hard place.
