  I used to go to a different plasma donation center and this one is a million times better. The staff is friendly and competent. Location is kept clean. I've donated over 30 times here in the last 8 months and it has always been a positive experience.

  I had a disappointing experience with KEDPLASMA. The information provided regarding referral compensation was not accurate, and the actual amount received did not match what was initially communicated. This lack of transparency was frustrating and misleading. Additionally, the overall level of professionalism from staff did not meet expectations. I would encourage the company to improve communication and provide clearer, more honest information to customers.

  My guy... Jose is a superstar... this location has some of the best people in the metroplex... Definitely would recommend, dont waste your time with bad vibes at other places...
