I had a perscription sent in on Sept 9th, as of 5 mins ago it is still showing "in progress". 5 days!! No communication at all. This is not the first time I have had this to happen. Why, is it taking so long?? I need the meds like asap. I'm over it!!!

They will pick up to stop the ringing only to put you on hold again. Called to check stock of a prescription and they didn't even bother to pretend to look, just nope, not in stock go somewhere else. In fact, everything in Duncanville is going downhill. Ready to get out of this area, no one gives a crap about doing their jobs anymore. Worthless.
