  Dont let the 4 star reviews fool you, people do those to get points on their donor app. I have donated here 3 times and on my 4th visit, my experience went from pleasant to awful. This place is disgustingly unprofessional and ran by children in adult bodies. There were three “men”, if you can call them that, loudly speaking about female donors and their appearances. They made disgusting comments towards me also and then did not allow me to donate after they were the reason my pulse increased so rapidly. I didn’t get names, however, they are usually at the front doing the pre-screenings and I assure you that if they’re still there you’ll know immediately who. They also use colorful language when donors are present, saying racial slurs, and showcasing overall unprofessional and gross behavior. I called to report to the manager and was told “this would be brought to HR”. I don’t believe she actually reported it because from the looks of it, they are used to doing this. They’re a joke of a donation center.

  Hands down best plasma center in Dallas! Gary, Bryan, Erica,Jose,Erica,Davy,Tray,Mia ….look the whole entire staff is official great service every time I donate!! Keep up the great work Kedplasma Duncanville!!!
