  Dont let the 4 star reviews fool you, people do those to get points on their donor app. I have donated here 3 times and on my 4th visit, my experience went from pleasant to awful. This place is disgustingly unprofessional and ran by children in adult bodies. There were three “men”, if you can call them that, loudly speaking about female donors and their appearances. They made disgusting comments towards me also and then did not allow me to donate after they were the reason my pulse increased so rapidly. I didn’t get names, however, they are usually at the front doing the pre-screenings and I assure you that if they’re still there you’ll know immediately who. They also use colorful language when donors are present, saying racial slurs, and showcasing overall unprofessional and gross behavior. I called to report to the manager and was told “this would be brought to HR”. I don’t believe she actually reported it because from the looks of it, they are used to doing this. They’re a joke of a donation center.

  Hands down best plasma center in Dallas! Gary, Bryan, Erica,Jose,Erica,Davy,Tray,Mia ….look the whole entire staff is official great service every time I donate!! Keep up the great work Kedplasma Duncanville!!!

  Great Staff, friendly and welcoming environment. Everyone here knows what they are doing. I highly recommend as your home plasma donation center. Zay, Jose, and Makayla are my faves!

  Jose and Tay they are soooo sweet and helpful and funny Jose checked my arm out in all of 30 seconds and could confirm I had been getting poked the wrong way and when he did it, it was quick and sooooo painless I would recommend him 10/10 and he even told a joke to ease my stress Tay we started talking just randomly and baby she had me cracking upppp lol my donation was literally only 20 minutes and we literally talked that whole time and it was a very great conversation she’s so sweet I hope they have a great Christmas!!! And I got a free stress ball which I think helped my donation tremendously 🥰🫡🍒✅💚 I’m back again and this time I got LaTasha!!! Not only is she my birthday twin but her aura was very welcoming and helpful like she was taking care of a loved one. It’s really some nice and professional people who work in this location! I’ll recommend them 10/10

  Ok so I've been to numerous plasma centers,been donating since the 90's..and I must say,KED plasma in Duncanville is the cream of the crop,as far as professionalism,making one feel at home and comfortable since day one!! And as far as payment,100$ ur first 7 donations,no one else pays that much,no one!! That's 700$ ,only catch,u got one month to do it,which ain't no problem!!
