  Couldn't find my referral. That parts fine, it happens. Receptionist left me waiting unattended in the waiting room for 20 minutes with no intention to follow up. When I asked what the status was she acted like I hadn't even been there. Completely smug about it. No apology or acknowledgement, acted like it was my fault and I was just chilling in their waiting room for fun. Won't be back. Good luck to them.

  Dr.Carrasco lasered my face today. His staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Carrasco was friendly, explaining everything throughout the procedure. I felt I was in very capable, caring hands. I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Carrasco.

  Love my doctor and nurses! Came in for a normal check up appointment and she decided to do an extraction. No complaints about the extraction. It just wasn't a question, she just did it so when I left and found out it was a two hundred and seventeen dollar out of pocket cost , if my insurance doesn't cover it , I was a little upset that the conversation didn't happen and I wasn't made aware that that was an extra cost.

  My daughter and I have been seeing Natalie Gibson, PA-C at Sanova Dermatology for our annual skin checks, and I am so grateful to have found her. I never feel rushed and even have some good laughs with her. The clinic never makes it feel like a “cattle call” type of visit. I appreciate that Natalie’s recommendations are realistic and budget-friendly. She doesn’t push expensive products just for the sake of it. She’s helped build a simple daily routine that actually works and doesn’t break the bank. My 29-year-old daughter has struggled off and on with very age-appropriate hormonal acne (because apparently acne doesn’t care how old you are). Natalie listened to what she was using, gently raised an eyebrow at parts of her current routine, and without missing a beat gave her a better, safer regimen tailored to her skin. No shame, no pressure, just smart, practical guidance. Natalie is knowledgeable, approachable, and refreshingly honest. We’re both grateful to have found her.
