And, Kroger management hasn't come over to tell anyone that they will or won't be opening today. At least let everyone who is waiting in line know of it will actually open or not. When I asked staff, all they could say is that "they are aware of the problem".

- JKJoyce KingJan 31, 20181.0I've never had a pharmacist talk back to me as Kacie did when I called back to see how much my Dr precription was and originally when I called I sd I want to know how much Dr Jain scrip was that was called in yesterday. The pharmacist which I didn't know was the pharmacist sd it was 2 that cost 89.00. I sd what 89.00? I thought the scrip was from Dr. Jain. It was only one scrip, until I called back I don't remember her telling me 2diff Drs she was quoating. She sd I did tell you and you sd that girl I have a name. I sd yes I did say that girl. The other tech which was American sd in a rough tone she's the pharmacist!!. I just moved here and didn't know who the pharmacist was. She aruged that she did tell me. I'm changing to CVS, because its obvious customer service is not a concern with this tech and pharmacist. I'm so done with Kroger pharmacy!!!!
