  Never get your appointment scheduled here. Typing this while waiting in lobby. My appointment is at 1:40PM and currently it is 2:45 PM. If you are understaffed don’t get so many appointments scheduled at the same time. **** they are very rude, no proper customer service.

  What’s the point of Appointment when we’re having to wait over 40 mins after checking in.. with on one at the counter to ask how much lingers we must plan to wait. If atleast I know, I can inform, plan my other meetings as per that.

  If you can pick another place to go I HIGHLY recommend it. This place needs to be appointment only. If you walk in they will have you wait several hours, and if someone with an appointment shows up you get pushed back further. The waiting room is tiny so you'll more than likely be standing for those several hours.

  This place is completely unsanitary. Big biohazard. My husband went today for a lab for life insurance. There were urine samples left out and unattended. No instructions were given for urine samples. They were not sterile and were instead like cheap red solo cups. Urine samples everywhere. Toilet paper all over the floor. This place needs some attention. Wait was fine. Staff was nice. But this place is gross! I’ve been to other quest locations and it was not like this.

  At first I did not have an appt I was on stand by, which I was at quest in the morning time, I arrived at 10:20am.(said wait was between 30 mins to an hour) Out of the whole 3 hours that I waited, not once did they call any stand by's, the only reason that I got to the 1st on wait is because everyone else left. By hour two I decided to see about any openings in other locations, that is when I saw the 3:40pm appt. That I did reserve. So I waited another hour just to give them the benefit of the doubt. As my time went on, I realized that they would only call the people with appts as they arrived, never any stand by's. I could hear the ladies having conversations behind the window many times just carrying on. They would take 20 to 30 mins to call on more people those people would quickly leave. I was amazed at how many people I saw come out to lunch break, because I was for sure there had to have been only two people working to make us wait. I eventually gave up waiting and left at 1:20pm to grab lunch and came back at 3:27pm check in to make sure they wouldn't say I wasn't there like I saw they did to others who never got their text messages and turned them away. Mind you those were ones with appointments. The ladies really just need another place to work if they really hate having to do their job. When I got called back at 3:40 not only was the lady rude, I couldn't put my purse down because it was her work space. Which every ounce of that room was clearly her work space there was no where to put my purse down. Then she continued to rub my arm really hard, at this point I was afraid of how she was going to handle my my needle poke thankfully It was fast but still harsh. I was back out in my car by 3:44pm. I was so overly annoyed by the staff and their hatefulness. When getting my labs done in the next two months I plan on going anywhere else. Because that was just ridiculous. Other people waiting in line eventually found other locations for the afternoon to get appt. Honestly, please look into this because it really is very unnecessary.
