  The staff here is very helpful, polite, and easy to work with. They answer the phone, which never seemed to happen at my previous pharmacy, and work hard to get meds in quickly if they don't already have them in stock. I want to update this to reiterate what a great pharmacy this is. I had a doctor call in an inhaler that was not covered by my insurance & would be $75 out of pocket. The pharmacist took it upon himself to reach out to get the prescription switched to a comparable product that was covered at 100%. I would not have known this was an option, and am impressed with the pharmacist going above and beyond without even being asked.

  If I could give below 1 I would. Horrible service! Especially for the elders. They gave my dad needles for his b12 without syringes. And a lot more I'm too exhausted to type. No knowledge whatsoever. And they just don't care honestly!

  I just left this pharmacy location that closed at 6:00 pm. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here since 2009 when we moved to Denton. When I pulled up at 5:50 there were 4 cars ahead of me. The 4th car at the window got theirs at 6:01, & the 4 cars behind it including me did not get ours!!! I have a suggestion: why can't another Kroger employee from the store or how about a manager walk out & see the cars in line about 5 minutes before closing, & place a cone behind the last car in line & let the cars in line BEFORE CLOSING get their medicine.? Come on Kroger...you can do better than that!!! The sign on the window about being short handed is not an excuse for your employees to take advantage of!!! Time for my family to change pharmacies😡
