- MMMindy MayesDec 29, 20251.0Went to this facility in 2024 for my exam. Waited in the waiting room for quite some time because they couldn’t figure out my insurance. I liked the doctor, so I rescheduled for my 2025 exam. Less than 1.5 hours before I have to leave for my exam, they text me saying my insurance is no longer in network and there’s an $80 charge. I asked them if they could use my medical insurance since I’m diabetic (every other eye doctor I’ve ever seen has done this), they said “they don’t do that”. I made arrangements for childcare and other appointments to accommodate this one, just to end up cancelling. After two occurrences with this office being disorganized and inefficient with my time and insurance coverage, I won’t use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

There was only 1 other person in the office who was sitting in the lobby waiting for their eyes to get dilated. Other patient was also upset stating she would never come back due to the wait times. I told them I was leaving and then all the sudden the doctor was now ready for me. I would never return here.
