  I had a great experience at Target Optical. Alex helped adjust my glasses and was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure the fit was just right and didn’t rush the process at all. My glasses feel perfect now. Really appreciate the excellent customer service — thanks, Alex!

  Daryl is the BEST! I came over from LensCrafters after a bad experience. He was so helpful and even explained my prescription to me since the doctor at Lenscrafters didn’t. He was quick to figure out my insurance, did a great job of explaining my options with lenses, didn’t shame me for not wearing the glasses I was prescribed before, and made the whole process smooth. He was so kind, genuine, and down to earth, which was refreshing after my experience with Lenscrafters across the street. Definitely go here!!!!
