They are always busy...but nice and friendly. I get texts reminders about up coming refills. When a particular refill had been discontinued by Dr and I hadnt checked yes on the text.....the pharmacy followed up with phone call to double check. I get texts when my refill is ready or if its still being processed. If med not available they always let me know ..sometimes pharmacy has to order it . The pharmacy techs are pleasant and helpful. Also the pharmacist is always available for questions.

This pharmacy is terrible. No communication, no follow through, lack of care for people and no customer service ability. I had a prescription for my daughter transferred here from another pharmacy since it was out of stock elsewhere and the process has been a nightmare. The girl that I talked to first could not find it and then said that it was “In Process” when I called 6 hours after it had been sent. I asked if there was any way to expedite it as my daughter needed it asap and we had already been waiting for several hours past what was originally promised to me when I called this morning. She immediately told me no that they were leaving for lunch in 5 minutes and that after they get back from lunch they would need to take care of the line and then they would possibly get around to it. When I explained that would have been nice to know this morning when I called she said that it’s not something they communicate to customers… yeah obviously!!! I also asked for the potential cost, she couldn’t provide that either until it was ready for pick up. I would use any other pharmacy even if I had to drive over an hour to get there.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any business, pharmacy or otherwise. Staff are extremely rude, unfriendly and impatient, defiant even. I filled some prescriptions over the phone almost 3 days ago, they quoted me a ready time of 7pm last night. I came THE NEXT day at NOON and, not only were none of them ready (I wasn't that surprised, this happens literally every time with this pharmacy, it is never ready at the quoted time, always the next day or two or three, I have learned to get my refills in advance) they acted like they had NO IDEA who I was, as if I haven't been filling prescriptions here for the last year. The employee at the window refused to refill my prescriptions, falsely claiming that my insurance decided to drop me (I immediately knew this was false because I had received no such communication, and they would certainly contact their patient about such a thing before they would call a pharmacist). I felt that perhaps she had made a mistake, so I called the lead pharmacist. The lead pharmacist was very rude and short with me from the moment she said hello. She allowed me to speak for about 5 seconds before cutting me off and immediately coming to the defense of the employee in question, saying, "We did not refuse to fill your medications. We have filled two of them and we can get the rest of them ready if you want to pay cash." Yet another bold faced lie! I had had enough of the runaround, and exited the conversation. THEN, the lead pharmacist proceeded to call my PARTNER while she is at work, to tell her that she has now cancelled all of my prescriptions because she "didn't like my attitude"!! Meanwhile, I am completely out of all of my meds and I have to wait up to 72 hours for a reply from my insurance I will NEVER use this pharmacy again, even if it's the last one on Earth. I suggest you do the same.
