They are always busy...but nice and friendly. I get texts reminders about up coming refills. When a particular refill had been discontinued by Dr and I hadnt checked yes on the text.....the pharmacy followed up with phone call to double check. I get texts when my refill is ready or if its still being processed. If med not available they always let me know ..sometimes pharmacy has to order it . The pharmacy techs are pleasant and helpful. Also the pharmacist is always available for questions.

I have done business with two Kroger Pharmacy’s in the Dallas area. Both showed great customer service and great safety and quality assurance.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any business, pharmacy or otherwise. Staff are extremely rude, unfriendly and impatient, defiant even. I filled some prescriptions over the phone almost 3 days ago, they quoted me a ready time of 7pm last night. I came THE NEXT day at NOON and, not only were none of them ready (I wasn't that surprised, this happens literally every time with this pharmacy, it is never ready at the quoted time, always the next day or two or three, I have learned to get my refills in advance) they acted like they had NO IDEA who I was, as if I haven't been filling prescriptions here for the last year. The employee at the window refused to refill my prescriptions, falsely claiming that my insurance decided to drop me (I immediately knew this was false because I had received no such communication, and they would certainly contact their patient about such a thing before they would call a pharmacist). I felt that perhaps she had made a mistake, so I called the lead pharmacist. The lead pharmacist was very rude and short with me from the moment she said hello. She allowed me to speak for about 5 seconds before cutting me off and immediately coming to the defense of the employee in question, saying, "We did not refuse to fill your medications. We have filled two of them and we can get the rest of them ready if you want to pay cash." Yet another bold faced lie! I had had enough of the runaround, and exited the conversation. THEN, the lead pharmacist proceeded to call my PARTNER while she is at work, to tell her that she has now cancelled all of my prescriptions because she "didn't like my attitude"!! Meanwhile, I am completely out of all of my meds and I have to wait up to 72 hours for a reply from my insurance I will NEVER use this pharmacy again, even if it's the last one on Earth. I suggest you do the same.

I’m so disappointed in Kroger pharmacies! I have never felt so direspected. Honestly, I have never asked for a rush on a prescription but today we are leaving to go out of town and my husband needs his medication. I wait in the line for over 30 mins (My husband and I arrived early on a Sunday b/c they don’t open until 11am) and then I drop off my husbands rx. I’m notified to come back to pick this up later in afternoon!!! If u are the second person in line when they open why would you have to wait 6 hours for a prescription anyways??? I politely told them we are leaving to go out of town and need it sooner than “later this afternoon” . they tell me to take it to a different pharmacy!!! What kind of customer service is this. They tell me they just opened! If they just opened and I’m the second customer to drop off then why is the wait so long? After I asked this question the tech then refuses to take my prescription and the prescription almost blows out of the little basket at drive thru window!!! This awful pharmacy technicians name is Andrew Adams! He screamed at me! How can a pharmacy technician talk to a customer like this? I can’t just go to any pharmacy! I don’t have insurance and I have to use good rx for my husbands medicine. He can’t go without his medication. Andrew Adams has no compassion for my husband as a patient or a customer at Kroger. I work as a nurse in the medical field. I have never and will never treat a person this way. I usually don’t do reviews but if this man treated me this way right when they open, then I can’t imagine how he treats the elderly or someone after working long hours. I think he should be happy he has a job. There are so many people that are unemployed due to the pandemic. There are so many of us that are hurting right now and we are going through enough and this kind of disrespect is awful. This isn’t some random pharmacy that I chose. We always go to this pharmacy. I have never been treated this way! It’s just not right.
