  Spoke with a manager over the phone that told me to bring in a picture for reference for drips on a cake boarder. Arrived at the store and a different manage Tameka was there and told me no i couldn’t leave the picture with the backers for reference. Which was fine but then she gets loud and goes on about how people have brought pics in from Etsy and not liked their cake and then “YALL” want it for free. I don’t know how or why i was placed in this category but Kroger definitely needs to rethink her position. Definitely not manager material. Cart pusher or stocking, with less people interaction seems more suitable for her.

  The staff here is very helpful, polite, and easy to work with. They answer the phone, which never seemed to happen at my previous pharmacy, and work hard to get meds in quickly if they don't already have them in stock. I want to update this to reiterate what a great pharmacy this is. I had a doctor call in an inhaler that was not covered by my insurance & would be $75 out of pocket. The pharmacist took it upon himself to reach out to get the prescription switched to a comparable product that was covered at 100%. I would not have known this was an option, and am impressed with the pharmacist going above and beyond without even being asked.

  Called to have a rx transferred to kroger and was told they don't do that anymore due to covid. I asked what transferring a rx has to with covid and was told we don't have time to call other pharmacies and have to sit on hold for rx transferring. That's CRAZY I just sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting on you to tell me you won't do your job. This is pure laziness, poor customer service and not good for business.

  Tried to pick up a prescription last night 2 December 2020. I went through the drive-through pick up window. Was told to come back in 5 minutes. My prescription required talking to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was in the restroom. I came back in 10 minutes. Was told nope, still not back. Came back 40 minutes later. Drive up and get my prescription. And the associate never said would you like to speak with the pharmacist. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  The pharmacist is wonderful here. She has always done a great job and has always been very helpful.
