    I just left this pharmacy location that closed at 6:00 pm. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here since 2009 when we moved to Denton. When I pulled up at 5:50 there were 4 cars ahead of me. The 4th car at the window got theirs at 6:01, & the 4 cars behind it including me did not get ours!!! I have a suggestion: why can't another Kroger employee from the store or how about a manager walk out & see the cars in line about 5 minutes before closing, & place a cone behind the last car in line & let the cars in line BEFORE CLOSING get their medicine.? Come on Kroger...you can do better than that!!! The sign on the window about being short handed is not an excuse for your employees to take advantage of!!! Time for my family to change pharmacies😡

    Tried to pick up a prescription last night 2 December 2020. I went through the drive-through pick up window. Was told to come back in 5 minutes. My prescription required talking to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was in the restroom. I came back in 10 minutes. Was told nope, still not back. Came back 40 minutes later. Drive up and get my prescription. And the associate never said would you like to speak with the pharmacist. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    Apparently this pharmacy wants nothing to do with customers who are not “on-line.” We went to Kroger pharmacy for a vaccination. We were asked if we had filled the form out on line. We told the girl that we had not that we required the paper form. She refused and very haughtily stated that they don’t do the paper form for “our own” protection due to the pandemic. We said that we can’t do that and we will need to go elsewhere. She very happily said OK and turned her back on us. What a said excuse for customer service.
