  It's okay, not top of the line, but everything works. Cramped in places. AC could be turned on more often too. Nice staff though.

  I wanted to get instructions by a trainer before I started. Tabitha was appointed as my trainer. She was and is AWESOME! She prepared a weight and aerobic routine that was just right for my needs. That's been almost 2 years ago. I'm 67 years old and I'm in the best shape and weight than I've ever been since classified as a senior citizen. Two years later Tabitha still comes to me and gives me significant pointers on how to improve my routine. She is a blessing. The Nautilus gym itself is phenomenal. It has all the equipment to meet your needs for a succesfful workout. All the staff are friendly and helpful from the trainers to the staff, to those who are exercising but are willing to help or encourage you, all the way to the Top With Jimmy C Rosser the owner. It's a wonderful place to get into shape, to maintain your health and make new friends. Terry Clay
