- RJRob Johnson5 days ago1.0I have been using them for 6 months now. For some reason my Doctor is not able to convince them what drugs and how much I need. Only thier computer knows what I *really* need and they keep refusing to fill my scripts no matter how often my doctor tells them too! I told the lady on the phone after the latest fiasco that computers are here to help us NOT rule us so please do what my Doctor ordered. "We can't" Unbelievable. When I was young, of all the things I imagined the future would bring I did not anticipate the massive incompentence that seems to pervade every aspect of our society anymore. I never had a problem getting a simple reoccuring presciption filled when I was young but now every month brings a fresh new battle with the know-it-alls at HEB. HEB knows what is best! Who needs Doctors when you have HEB? I am not a Wal-mart fan but I am moving my prescriptions there! Maybe Wal-mart will actually be able to fill them. :(

Went out of her way so I would not have to get down and wait in another long line .. very friendly.! Now that is customer service!!!!
