    I'm not sure of the name of the person who helped me but she was great. She had short gray hair and sat on the right side. I was able to use a promo and get 2 pairs of glasses, regular and sunglasses. She didn't try to upsell me on anything but gave the information and cost then let me decide. They were ready in an hour as advertised.

    The person attending to me was Janeth she was so incredibly she was really helpful. I really recommend her if you have any doubts and want someone to be patient with you and explain all the benefits you can get with the purchase of your glasses.

    Loved the customer service. Adriana was very helpful and explained the different benefits of the lenses material, and how it would translate in the real world. I appreciated also, the explanation of my vision benefits in order for me to pick the best deal that would not take so much out of pocket. Overall, would come every time and recommend this place. Also, so far, love my new glasses and sunglasses!

    I would like to preface by saying I didn’t know this existed until Walmart re-directed me. I was initially greeted by Aleria and Janeth f/u. Janeth was not only attentive, she was informative. And if she didn’t know the answer she sure got up asked her colleagues. I left knowing the full break down and what I expected to receive when it came to my frame order. She went on and beyond looking for a particular Raybans I was accustomed to. The transaction was smooth and even went out her way for my daughter to be entertained during the process. I sincerely appreciate the customer service she provided, it was really a breath of fresh air. Thanks again Janeth! She saved me a trip to SA and I intent in coming back in the near future.
