  I am a disabled veteran whom had service from Home Instead until they cancelled it because the V A cut the rate of pay shortly after the contract was renewed until May of 2026. They stated that they were notmaking enough money. They also cancelled the shift on Jan 01 2026 citing the V A does not pay holiday pay. They do not have enough caregivers in Wise County and only care about their pay and not the veterans. The office they claim to have in Decatur is either non existent or not used,

  Home Instead is a company I would recommend to anyone interested in having their love one stay in their home where they may feel safe. The team members work together to care for each client, as a team we all love what we do.
