We stopped in because my wife needed some adjustments made to her glasses—not a purchase, not anything complicated, just a simple fix. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like we were longtime customers. That kind of genuine friendliness is getting harder to find these days, but it was on full display here. The staff was incredibly professional, but not in a stiff or robotic way. They were approachable, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing. They listened carefully to what my wife needed, took a look at her glasses, and got right to work. There was no sense of rushing us through, no inconvenience vibe—just a team that takes pride in helping people. What really stood out to me was how smoothly everything went.   Caroline was very helpful, showing me frames that fit my face size. I have had trouble finding narrower frames at some other chain stores.

  Limited selections for frames, but that's why I like it. I get too overwhelmed in most eyeglass stores. I don't like shopping online bc I want to try frames on. They had the perfect frames for me. Leo was fantastic! I had my prescription already, I was in and out in 20 mins, it was fabulous!
