- RGRene GalindoNov 3, 20251.0They charged me doble for topo chico water, then they send me to customer service, a person named Javon gave me a big attitude, then he canceled the extra payment that they had charged, I checked on my bank account if the money was back and it wasn't, then I have to follow the same person and I let him know about my money, then he told me that it would take 10 days to get my money back, they would have asked me before if I wanted my money back in cash before returning to my debit card since it was your mistake not mine ðŸ˜

They didnt include any way for me to measure out the dose. I called and asked them to either A) have one of their delivery drivers drop one off, or B) measure out how many ml the vial cap can hold so I can get an approximate measurement, which the pharmacist refused to do. I spent $60 on medicine I can't take, unless I work up the strength to walk back in the 90+ degree weather with a 102 degree fever. Zero empathy or desire to help. Avoid.

Delivery way better than CVS'S system too, and if you go in, the pharmacist is super nice and very willing to discuss anything.
