  Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Chin. First and foremost, his staff is incredible. Shoutout to Addison for the great food recommendations and top-tier customer service. His office has a fantastic atmosphere, with great lighting, dope color scheme, and a stylish, well-curated selection of frames. Dr. Chin provided beyond exceptional care. I can’t recall a time when a doctor’s visit felt this smooth and genuinely enjoyable. He’s extremely personable, engaging, and made both my wife and me feel valued, not rushed or like we were just another number. He took the time to get to know us, and the conversation flowed naturally, from life topics, to food recommendations to more in-depth medical discussions. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy myself, I can confidently say he is highly knowledgeable, uses advanced technology, and delivers care at a very high level, with the most up to date interventions. We’ve definitely found our long-term eye doc. Highly recommend Dr. Chin and his team!!

  Absolutely loved my appointment with Dr. Chin!!! Can we start with the text they send you with an estimate of how much your exam will be! I love it!! I haven’t had an eye exam in over 20 years. And told Dr. Chin I was a little nervous. But he made me feel super comfortable. I knew it was going to be a good practice because we walked in and he was at the front desk checking us in. I love when the Doctor is hands on with his practice, it shows how much they love what they do! He did in total 4 exams.(it felt like 4, could have been more. Didn’t matter I was just so fascinated with the equipment!!) He was soo informative and showed me an image of the inside of my eye(soo cool btw) he gave me a little health break down as to what he saw, recommended and left room for questions at the end. I didn’t feel rushed talking to him, nor did it feel like a standard doctor’s appointment. It felt like I was having a talk with someone who was very passionate about his line of work! From the ladies in the front desk(they gave my husband and I food recommendations 😂), to the young woman who helped me pick out glasses(she gave me some stylish choices) this was such a amazing way to start my Saturday! Definitely will come back if I have any issues in the future!

  My experience as a new patient of Thrive Eye and Dr. Chin was outstanding! Everyone in the office was extremely helpful. Dr. Chin was great and answered all of my questions. I have found my new eye care provider!

  Had a great experience here! The doctors are excellent—very polite, attentive, and they really take the time to listen to your concerns. The clinic also uses advanced technology, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The staff is equally wonderful and very helpful when it comes to choosing the right frames. Highly recommend!

  I can’t thank Dr. Chin enough for helping me! I’m not a current patient (but will be soon) and found myself in desperate need of help to remove a contact lens from my very irritated eye. My regular optometrist (located downtown) had closed early for the weekend and I was in quite a bit of discomfort when I located Thrive nearby. I called to ask if they could help me and they said yes, but they would be closing at 5:00pm. I drove over right away and was immediately greeted upon entry. Dr. Chin looked at my eye to make sure there wasn’t any other issue, removed my contact lens and gave me eye drops to help with the irritation. Best service ever!!! I’ll definitely return! Thank you so much!!!
