  Dr. Rios is amazing! From start to finish, the procedure was efficient, smooth, and painless—far exceeding my expectations for a root canal. I would highly recommend Dr. Rios to anyone. I have absolutely no complaints and am grateful for the level of care I received.

  Dr. Menegazzo took the time to fully explain the process and expectations of getting a root canal. The procedure went well and I had little to no pain afterward. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

  Dr. Wong and his excellent staff at The Endodontic Group in Dallas are heroes. Our son, Julien, had an emergency situation at college that required only the best critical care. Thankfully, our family dentist here knew Dr. Wong and team were the top people for the job. Julien was seen rapidly, provided with exactly the right plan and procedure to save his badly damaged tooth - and set up for a full recovery. We’ll always be grateful, and would recommend Dr. Wong and The Endodontic Group to you and your family anytime, every time!

  This was my 1st root canal and I had a lot of trepidation about how the actual procedure would go, how much pain would be involved (mainly after the local anesthetic wore off) and how long the discomfort would last. Dr. Rios handled my procedure and it simply couldn't have gone any better. He took a few minutes to get to know me, told me what was going to be involved and wanted to make sure that I knew to tell him if I ever felt any discomfort during the procedure. When the work was finished I was shocked as I was expecting it to last much longer. Their was very little pain once the anesthetic wore off (i took 2 Tylenol; and was fine) and, by the next day, barely knew anything had been done (outside of some very minor tenderness). The only reason I didn't give 5 starts was because of all the paperwork that needed to be filled out at the office and how I felt that, for such a prestigious practice, they were nickel and diming me on fees. 1st was a teeth cleaning fee of +/- $200 which I believe the paperwork said was not reimbursable by insurance. The 2nd was that, if you paid by credit card, they charge you an additional 3% to cover the processing fee. I expect to do this for the charities that I give to but certainly not at an upscale endodontic office in Preston Center. This paperwork (and the associated fees) were my 1st exposure to the practice so to say my 1st impression was a bad one would be an understatement. Thankfully, Dr. Rios did all he could to make the rest of my visit a positive one but those 2 fees still didn't sit well with me (I was going to say they left a bad taste in my mouth but that seemed to easy!!).

  I had a root canal done. Normally I would cringe at the memory of it, but not in this case! I even fell asleep a little during the procedure (hard to believe). Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Tiera and Dr. Rios make a great team. They both took time to ask me about my tooth and test it to make sure it was the correct one. Dr. Rios explained how the procedure would work, etc. He has a very calm and reassuring demeanor, and Tiera was excellent with the x-rays, explanations, etc. I HIGHLY recommend The Endodontic Group!
