  Quick & Easy appointment as long as you have an online appointment...check in easy upon arrival!! Phlebotomists was great & very friendly 👏

  This is the best Quest location in the area. Staff is extremely nice, accommodating,and professional. Facility is clean, and the processing time is fast. I always choose to drive extra miles to come here instead of the Walmart Lancaster location.

  My post was removed. I reported a technician for trying to get me to paid for my blood work which never happed before because I have insurance and if I had to pay anything I get a bill in the mail. I do not know what scam she was trying to run that day but it was not happening with me. The tech said, the vitamin D test is the reason I had to pay. I told the tech not to worry about it and I was going to talk to the doctor. Then she said i already put the order in and processed to draw my blood. Be aware of this location they should not be asking for payment. When I receive my survey I put this information on that as welll.

  Tameka completed my tests and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The appointment was fast and the location was clean. Would recommend.

  The phlebotomist that took my blood is awesome. The facility has moved from Charlton Methodist to a shopping center. I like this because the parking is easier, closer, and convenient. My phlebotomist was one I have used before and was glad to see her smiling face, She greeted me, got me to the back quickly, and drew my blood without problems. The check-in was quick and easy because I had made an appointment online, I checked in from a text, saw my name on the screen, and then relaxed, waited a minute before being called back. Keep up the GREAT work Quest Diagnostics.
