  I have not received any of my test results after more than 96 hours. I normally receive results in less than 24 hours. I am concerned that the lab did not receive my blood test vials?

  I understand that this is a huge company that has various locations, but to spend over an hour on the phone, trying to get through to a actual human and never get through to anyone, is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Clicking through option after option and being told to go to the website is extremely infuriating when your question has no ability to be answered on the website because it’s specific to you.
