  First off the young lady that did my newborns blood work was very nice but had not worked with newborns and it showed. Was not prepared for it either and most importantly that I want to to get out there is she did not get 2 tubes, just 1 and that did not send it to my daughter's pediatrician which is wierd because what did this quest do with her blood if they did not send any results to my daughters pediatrician??? No offense to the young lady but please do better and what did yall do with my daughter's tube of blood if yall did not send any of her results to the pediatrician like she claimed they would????? And to top it off, I can not get into my app, I sent in a request for verification and I have not received an email for verification like it said it would. If i can give zero stars I absolutely would!

  There’s no human to check you in and if you make an appointment and they don’t call your name you can be left waiting over a half hour while others come and go

  I don’t know my technicians name a short black woman with a short hair cut she was so nice, fast, I didn’t feel a thing, and she was super helpful.
