I had to have testing done, and this was the first time when it needed to be 14 vials of blood. I was so nervous the whole night and morning. My nurse, Monday is her name, was absolutely excellent! She talked to me the whole time, and when it was over, it felt like only one minute passed, and I didn't feel any pain. That is real talent! I hope next time I'm there, they schedule me with her again.

I'm a hard stick due to being a prior cancer patient. Got me on first go with needle. I put her in my back pocket for future use. Very efficient!!!!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude and hostile. I would suggest going literally anywhere else

The tech, I think her name was Katia(?) was very polite and courteous.
The last time I used Quest, 10 years ago, was awful, and treated everyone like a hardened criminal. So I was pleasantly surprised this time.
I would avoid going there for a walk-in. No one was served, and the lobby was empty. They refused to serve me, saying they have appointments. The next patient came after 40 minutes, the patients are very slow despite not much business , I went to other labs much better experience friendly, efficient even though they are busy
