  I arrived for my 8:30 AM appointment and received a notification upon parking that it was cancelled due to maintenance. Several others outside the entrance reported receiving the same message. It would have been more professional to prioritize relocating appointments to the nearest Quest location. Additionally, this site had been closed for maintenance for two weeks prior.

  Just waited for an hour. They say they’re short staffed. I’m wondering if it’s frequently like this. There’s no screen to tell me my place in line. They claim it’s a power outage but the place has been like this for over 6 months. I requested them to text me when my place so I wouldn’t have to sit in the crowded weight room within five minutes. It told me to report to the weight room and then proceeded to wait another 55 minutes. This place sucks

  I scheduled an appointment and I was seen in less than ten min after check in. April was so nice and helpful, I was very nervous as I have tiny veins but one easy poke and she drew my blood. This is my second time going to this location. They’re easy in and out.
