  Went to Pearl Vision on Buckner. There was a person on the phone who did not acknowledge me or my husband at all. A lady walked out the back came to the front looked around at us and went back to the back. Me and my husband was still looking around waiting for anyone to assist. The lady from the back walked back to the front again and my husband said excuse me and she stated do you all need any help. My husband stated yes and asked if they had any Versace v1287 she the stated that’s all we had over there. Mind you we were the only ones in the store. I did not feel comfortable and told my husband let’s go. Companies loose good customers due to bad manners from employees. I will not be going back to Pearl vision.

  Brought my mom hear today and I really wish I didn’t. The Dr here is very un professional doesn’t even greet you. He put my mom behind the machine and said she was blind out of one eye and in reality he didn’t position is on her correctly and she could only see black. We proceed with the exam which took maybe 5-10 minutes and then took us to the front desk and proceeded to tell me about my mother’s situation in front of a full room of other patients (mind you, the waiting/front desk is smaller than a bedroom). Anyone who works in the medical field knows this is an offense of HIPPA! He didn’t try to tell us in the exam room! I was so disappointed today and it was a waste of money! DO not come here! Save your money! I even asked for my money back and gave them back the Rx. The receptionist went to the back to tell him I wanted a refund and she came back alone, he didn’t bother to come and see what the problem was or try to fix any issues. The message he gave her to give to us was “the exam was done”.
