  My cardiologist is great (Dr Patterson), but the waiting room of the new facility is extremely small and easily over-crowded. I have been a Heart Place patient for 31 years and am happy with it, just not the waiting room.

  Dr Johnson's a good Dr but the staff at Heartplace White Rock is beyond unprofessional. After discussing Vein surgery with him in June 2023 and leaving "7" calls in6 months for MA Laura, i made another appt to discuss with Dr J. He was unhappy with unprofessionalism but nothing changed. He was to have scheduling get back with me within 2 days. 9 days later nothing. Leave msg. Nothing. Send email to Dr today. Got a call telling me it'll have to wait until next year. Very unprofessional. No apology or anything.

  It was my first time here and I was a bit nervous since I wasn’t sure what was wrong with me. The front desk lady was so sweet. It’s really easy to check-in. When the nurse gave me my heart monitor she made it a comfortable experience and explained everything. Dr. Patterson was great, very thorough with explaining what tests they were going to do and why and how long results take. He was a good listener and was very informative about going over the test results and what additional steps to take. I highly recommend this place for your heart care!

  I’m a new patient here and I just have to say that Dr. Reynolds is one of the nicest, most attentive physicians that I’ve ever met. He took the time to thoroughly listen to everything that I had to say without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciate. He was also very detailed when it came to explaining my plan of care moving forward. My visit with him today was exceptional. Thank you Dr. Reynolds and staff!
