  I highly recommend Farris Plastic Surgery. Dr. Farris is extremely talented, and all of the girls in the office are so sweet and accommodating. The care I received at Farris Plastic Surgery was exceptional. Most importantly, I’m completely blown away by my results. They are amazing !!! I honestly could not be happier. This was the best money I’ve ever spent.

  Dr. Farris was amazing. He did a great job asking about my wants and goals. He was able to explain healthy expectations of my after care and results. The staff was so nice and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place!

  I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zachary Farris and his entire team. I had a more complex medical situation that required extra planning and coordination, and Dr. Farris went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, informed, and fully taken care of every step of the way. He and his staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, which made a huge difference in easing my anxiety before surgery. The assistants and office staff were also extremely friendly, supportive, and welcoming throughout the entire process, from consultations to follow-ups. Everyone made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I was initially very nervous about getting breast implants because I wanted noticeable volume but was terrified of looking fake or unnatural. I trusted Dr. Farris’s expertise and asked for his honest opinion on what size and profile would best suit my frame. He helped guide me to the perfect choice, and I’m so glad I listened. My results already looked natural at around 2.5–3 months post-op, and by 4 months they look absolutely amazing. They fit my body beautifully and exceeded my expectations in every way.   I couldn’t be happier with my breast augmentation and the results are truly better than I ever expected. From the very beginning, all of my appointments leading up to surgery were smooth, seamless and reassuring which made the whole experience so much easier. Janie and Elizabeth were amazing and helped me through every pre-op and post-op visit. They were always kind, patient, and supportive, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Dr. Farris is by far the best doctor! He also performed my sister’s surgery, and seeing how great her results were made me confident in choosing him. I’m so grateful I did. My results look incredibly natural, exactly what I wanted, and I feel more confident than ever. I’m truly thankful for Dr. Farris and his entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery.
