- KDKizzy DavisNov 12, 20252.0My review is for the brident dentist office on campwisdome rd. my daughter got braces on saturday November 8,2025 her experience on getting her braces done was not ok my daughter said the Dr. she had was very rude also I was only supposed to pay monthly they charged my card double I have been trying to reach there customer service since Tuesday because it say there close on Monday I haven’t had any luck it say call back during normal business hours from 8am-6pm I call each time after 9am and also later befor closing still haven’t talk to anyone and you can’t leave a message for them to reach you concerning the issue the only reason they get 2 stars because they front desk worker was very polite and got me on a plan that works for me. First visit and it’s a problem already very unorganized and have a lot of rude staffs from the phone answering to the dr.
