- ASAdrianna SappDec 6, 20225.0I was referred to Williams & Williams Surgeon office by Waverly dentist office in uptown. This was the best recommendation ever for oral surgery. When I first met Dr. Williams for my consultation he explained the process and gave me some information on his background. The office was very clean and everyone was professional and nice from the front of house to the back. I got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled yesterday (12/5/22) to morning and it is now my second day and I feel wonderful. I have just a little pain but the pain meds are working and making this healing process extremely easy. When I got home yesterday morning I slept for about 6 hours and after that I was feeling back to normal. My friend who waited for me in the lobby said the process only took about 30 minutes. I was very nervous getting this done yesterday but they made me feel extremely comfortable. When I first met Dr. Williams during consultation he was very likable and I knew I could trust him in this process. Thank you very much
- GNGrace NoblesFeb 23, 20211.0When I went to this office to have my wisdom teeth removed, I was asked to sign a form saying that I had been told they might have to break my jaw. I was not told that this was the case and decided that I no longer wanted to have the teeth removed. I never signed the waiver, but a nurse wrestled me into the chair. I began to yell that I did not consent to having oral surgery, but they put me under anesthesia and I woke up with several teeth missing. My wounds were messy and had to be tended to by a different doctor. I was not prescribed enough pain medication. This was nearly two years ago and I still have pain in my gums from where the teeth were removed- so not only did Dr. Williams perform surgery on me WITHOUT MY CONSENT, he caused me immense pain for years after. I wish I had never gone to their office. I hope they lose the ability to practice medicine and that others heed my warning and don’t even go for a consultation.
