For months I have had to make multiple trips to pick up medications because of preventable oversights. On my most recent visit I stood at the counter after the customer ahead of me was assisted, and the staff member walked away without any acknowledgement. Mary remains the strongest and most consistent employee she provides excellent service every time. In contrast, the pharmacist Nicky regularly asks unnecessary questions while remaining outwardly polite. The questions feel targeted towards certain customers it’s a lot to experience for simply picking up a prescription, which makes the process feel intrusive and frustrating. Overall, using this pharmacy requires far more effort than it should and has become a consistently negative experience.

Imagine me fresh out of wisdom tooth surgery and the medicine my dentist called in the day before not being ready so I'm standing around with my mom swollen and bleeding from the mouth because instead of filling it the day before, they hadn't even started on it. Then, imagine my dentist calling in another prescription later that day because of complications and them telling me they don't know what I'm talking about the next morning. I transferred my prescription.
