Further, they will not even make an attempt to find it at another location, rather, they told me that I am the one who has to call around to try to find the med. They have found meds. for me in the past at other locations. Has the policy changed??? Extremely poor customer service!

I have anxiety medication that is only filled once a year every tim they say it was filled last month or that it fails on my doctor's end. I dealt with this three times with the female pharmacy tech lead. My doctor's office sends it to cvs across the street its done that day and cheaper. This pharmacy is trash.

Prescription was ready ahead of time. The tech (the same one mentioned in above reviews above) was ok, no problems at all at pick-up. I’m pleased with this store and pharmacy.
