Do better Tom Thumb. When I switched from Walmart pharmacy, I assumed I was leveling up. "I USED THE FREE DELIVERY AND WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE." Then they called me to inform that for the summer I would have to use the next day delivery for a fee. I'm disabled and on a fixed income, but I need my prescriptions. Now I'm paying for "next day" delivery, and I've yet to receive my prescriptions the next day. It's been 2-3 days, even up to 7 days before I receive my prescriptions. And if that's not enough to deal with, they would double charge for one delivery several times. Well now it's the end of the summer of bad customer service. The pharmacy didn't care, and when I filed a complaint with corporate, I've yet to hear from anyone who cares about this unsatisfied customer. Shame on me for assuming that Tom Thumb would be an upgrade.
