From the time I called to check the status of my prescription the day after my doctor sent it over.. She was so rude to me on the phone and informed me they were out of one and had to order it and they would call me when it arrived. I called back the next day because they NEVER called me to let me know that my prescription had arrived! when I get there I try to use my GoodRx coupon and she tells me I will have to come back the next day because it was close to closing time and she would have to re-process my prescription. This is beyond unprofessional and rude. I expect more from such a nice location!!! I will be sending my refills to a different pharmacy! I literally live across the street and will HAPPILY make the drive to a different pharmacy for better customer service!
