Best spinning instructor I have ever experienced, hands down! She is like a Latin American GI Jane with a Shakira spunk! During the 45 minutes, she actively engages with her students. She definitely works hard with us! And as an added bonus, she has Spanish artists on her playlist!! 💙💚💛!!
