- MMMargieOct 29, 20251.0Went here at 230 before school pickup for a quick 30 minute workout. Everything worked. Came back at 6pm. Spent 20 minutes trying to gain access. The lazy worker at the front desk refused to scan me in. Seriously. I couldn’t get the app to work, and she wouldn’t allow me to access the club, even though I had my membership agreement, my name, and my phone number. All she had to do was enter that information into her computer, but she wanted to be nasty and play power struggle games at a gym where people go for a no judgment zone. She was so nasty to deal with and should be fired for refusing to allow people to access the memberships they pay for. Never had an issue at the other locations. This nasty girl has quite the attitude
