  I'm forever grateful for the staff that were concerned and quick while I was having my X-ray.Very kind, also the ladies in the front were nice and sweet. Great atmosphere and super fast

  Scheduling was a complete disaster at the Dallas location and Plano locations for the radiologist. They sent me to Plano where there is only one radiologist that does what I need in the Dallas location. Getting a date is competitive because this is the only location. There are no supervisors to speak with because they never showed up to work at neither Plano nor Dallas. The radiologist was excellent! He was the only good thing. Very young girls doing customer service with zero problem solving ability. The business operations are too terrible to come back here again. I give this two stars only because the radiologist was great. When I finally got to the Dallas radiologist after driving all the way out to Plano, paying tolls both ways from very far away, to be told they don't have a radiologist and rescheduled me the next week in Dallas. Dallas then called me while I was on my way to the 75 location, and said that Plano still made the 2nd appointment for Plano again. But Dallas squeezed me in. This was a travesty and unheard of. But it happened. Touchstone would neva.
