I tried the Jenny Craig Weight Management Program back in August 2006. To my surprise I had lost a total of 65 lbs which felt like tons was weight lifted off my entire body. After a job change and going back to my old eating habits, I started to gain the weight back. On top of that Jenny Craig closed its Dallas Operations especially the one on Abrams Rd & Lovers Ln that was closet to me. I first came to Medi-Weightloss Preston Hollow on 01/07/2023 to talk to Sylvia, Office Manager about an evaluaon and weighed in at 219.4 lbs When I came back on 02/18/2023 I weighed in at 215.8 lbs which is 3.6 lbs lost. I was about ready to give up during the 1st week, but Syliva, Office Manager, Fatima, Medical Assistant and Sukhi, Nurse Practioner all convinced me ohterwise. I have learned that I am the one who has the power to make a significant change in my life. Overall, I have lost a total of 47.8 lbs as of today. Because of the motivation, encouraging words and caring spirit of the Preston Hollow staff, I have gained new self-confidence. Sylvia, Fatima and Sukhi always cheer me up whenever I come for my appointments. There is never a dull moment and I have no regrets at all.
